All orders will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail.
No Postage & Packing will be charged on products delivered to in the UK. Europe is charged a flat fee of £3.00 and all other countries are charged a flat fee of £4.50.
Total Order Value less than £10 will have a £0.50 handling surcharge.
Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us. Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item.
Discrepancies with your delivery should be reported to us within two working days of receipt.
Always give a correct e-mail address when placing an order so that we can readily notify you of any problems and keep you in touch with your order progress. It is our policy only to send marketing information to those customers who request it, we will not abuse your e-mail privacy.
